Microwave
Packaging
Without suitable active packaging, many foods
do not perform well In microwave ovens and become
soft or soggy.
Receptor technology, used within the packaging,
generates the heat necessary to brown
and crisp food, enhancing the product and creating
successful microwave recipes.
Receptor packaging involves the use of metallised
film, where metal deposits within the film reach
much higher temperatures than are nomally possible
in a microwave oven, creating the desired crisping
and browning.
